Ok, where’s the faith in the younger generation’s music? They only flow about what they know, so they shouldn’t be condemned for it! The actions behind their music is what I don’t like! It’s underground labels like this that sit on the back burner while these younger cats are getting deals! This music doesn’t belong to us anymore! It belongs to who ever is hot at the moment, so we should pay more attention to what they’re doing. I say promote the music of this new era and ride the wave… unless you like being broke and rappin’ at local venues? Nappyhead has dope music, but the younger generation aint feeling it and that’s understandable. Maybe, when Nappy starts working with these new acts will they achieve the success they were destined for? I support the Nappyhead movement, but I suggest they look into what’s hot right now, while doing what they want musically!
